Some states have already passed laws that allow online gambling, including Nevada and Delaware. Others are considering it. Regardless of whether it is legal or illegal in your state, it is important to understand the legal implications of gambling before participating in the online gambling industry.<\/p>\n<p>While online gambling can be a lucrative business, it is also prohibited by law. Federal law prohibits internet gambling on many occasions. In fact, there are seven federal criminal statutes that apply to internet gambling.
